Golf Fitness & Yoga Workshop

This dynamic workshop combines functional flexibility exercises with specific yoga postures and stretches to improve your golf game. We will identify common golf swing characteristics and offer personalized therapeutic movement and exercise recommendations to increase club head speed and accuracy.
