Medicinal Mushroom Tour with Vermont Food & Farm Tours

With your hiking boots on, we'll wander through the forest together with our guide, "Mushroom Man" Nick in search of wild edible mushrooms. How do you know if a mushroom is safe to eat? What do they smell like? What is the natural habitat of each variety? What are the health benefits associated with each mushroom? These are some of the questions we'll get answered. We'll return to Nick's farm and "inoculate" some logs with shiitake mushroom spawn. You'll get to take one home to "fruit" and then eat. A delicious organic lunch will end our celebration of mushrooms. Four hours and includes organic lunch. 10AM-2PM. Register here: https://www.vtfoodtours.com/book-tour-now/

Create Your Vision for 2018: A Vision Boarding Workshop

angieclass.jpg

Angie, Ana, and Sarah will be hosting this afternoon workshop. They will start out time together with some gentle yoga and guided visualization, and then move into vision boarding together.

As you create your own personal vision for the coming year, they will also talk about the process of creating your desired reality. After all, that vision board won't create the magic all by itself.

They have space for 18 women to join them. The cost for the afternoon is $35. Please contact one of them if you would like to register. (Angie and Ana are listed on the Services page.)
