Ana del Rosal, MSAc, LAc, Certified Yoga Teacher is offering a 2 hour yoga and acupuncture class. The class will be a gentle flow open to all levels followed by savasana with acupuncture points to enhance relaxation. Limited to 15. Register by calling 802-496-9204.

Come watch and learn about various options in bodywork. Come relax and renew. Offering chair massages with choice of aromatherapy from our apothecary to enhance the massage. Sample cooling and healing aromatherapy mists distilled from our gardens. The 50 liter still will be going if weather permits, otherwise on display. Julia Frank, Massage Therapist, yoga instructor and fellow herbalist will be joint hosting with Heidi.  384 Tucker Hill rd. along the Mill brook Mad River path. 

Intro to Essential Oils DIY Event with Grace Emelett
August 14th, 7pm (location TBA)

Come enjoy a fun, relaxing evening learning about essential oils and making your own lotion, spritzer, and lip balm to take home with you. We will also be offering iTOVi wellness scans (personal wellness evaluation.) You will also receive a copy of an essential oils magazine full of information and uses for essential oils as well as recipe cards for each of the items you make. Light refreshments will be served.
